DropShield exists because specialty contractors deserve software made by people who understand the work — one connected record for safety, inspections, equipment, fleet, time, and jobsites.

My mission is to help others Look Safe, Think Safe & Be Safe. I co-founded Firebrand Safety & Supply in 2020 — in the middle of the COVID crisis — with my business partner Sam Albert, to support local, regional and national companies working through the pandemic.
Years of supporting my customers with safety PPE & equipment — from manufacturers to the specialty trades — revealed the same gap everywhere: loose inspection paperwork in cabinets, equipment in a spreadsheet that was never up to date, OSHA logs in a binder at the office, time tracked loosely and multiple apps with zero connectivity. Their business records existed — but they never connected. So I designed DropShield as a field-first tool, suited to complement real, gritty, demanding work.
DropShield is the CONNECTION. Inspections, time punches, work orders, jobsite records, safety, mobile billing, analytics — all live in one connected system, in English and Spanish. Once data is captured in the field; the office, the audit, and the invoice are aligned.
If your business is looking for a consolidated & connective solution to enhance business efficiencies, my inbox is open and DropShield is ready to get to work for you!

Every workflow starts with what a foreman can actually do on a phone, with gloves on, at 6 a.m. If it doesn't work in the mud, it doesn't ship.
An inspection, a punch, a defect photo, a receipt — every record is timestamped and connected to the jobsite, the asset, and the person behind it, so the proof is already there when someone asks.
DropShield AI drafts, summarizes, and flags so paperwork takes minutes instead of evenings. Inspections, red tags, corrective actions, and coaching remain human decisions on the record — always.
English and Spanish across the product, so every member of the crew works in the language they're most comfortable in — not a translation afterthought.
Safety, equipment, fleet, time, work orders, and jobsites share one connected system. The field captures once; the office gets everything it needs without re-keying a thing.
Your records, your evidence, your exports. Full data ownership, clear access control, and branded exports that carry your company's name — not ours.
DropShield has replaced our time clock system in full, making it easier for our team to clock in and easier for our leadership to manage the process.
The connected nature of this software has allowed us to eliminate 4 apps and centralize different workflows into one easy to manage platform. I now get analytics and AI insights that connect my projects, billing, time and equipment — incredible.
DropShield is built and operated by Firebrand Safety, a field-safety company — not a venture-backed software experiment. Firebrand's history is rooted in hands-on field safety work with specialty contractors, and that history is our driving force: software should make it easier for crews to work safe, get paid, and go home.
That difference shows up in the product: workflows shaped by real jobsites, terminology crews actually use, and a founder who reads every message personally.
