Every paid plan includes the entire DropShield platform — safety, inspections, time clock, work orders, jobsites, timelines, coaching, and all reports. Tiers differ by seats and asset capacity. API access and expansion packs start at Pro. Fleet starts at $5 per vehicle; formal DVIR compliance adds $5 only where required.
Monthly pricing shown. Annual billing saves ~17% on plans — pay for 10 months, get 12. Time-Only Workers are $5 each; Fleet is $5 per vehicle plus $5 when DVIR compliance is required.

Everything in Elite, plus unlimited seats, equipment, and jobsites, SSO (SAML / Google Workspace), a dedicated account manager, and custom SLAs, data residency, and API rate limits. Annual contract.
Add-ons — only pay for what you use
Seat and asset expansion packs are available on Pro, Crew, and Elite. Time-only workers and Fleet are optional additions. Vehicle management is $5 per vehicle monthly; DVIR compliance is another $5 only for each vehicle marked as regulated.
Time-Only Worker
For every non-DropShield crew member you clock in & out — laborers, subs, day-hires. They never log in; their foreman tracks their time, breaks, and daily notes.
Fleet — Vehicle Management
Vehicle registry, daily inspections, maintenance work orders, fuel and cost tracking, and safe-driving scorecards. Mark the vehicles that require formal FMCSA DVIR compliance and add $5 per regulated vehicle.
Asset pack — +50 assets
Stack as many as you need — no feature changes. Expand asset capacity in 50-item blocks as you QR-label more tools, ladders, trailers, and rental equipment.
Seat pack — +5 users
Priced to match the per-seat value of the next tier up — so packs never cost you more than upgrading, and never less. Squad doesn't include packs; step up to the next tier instead.
